Shipping & Handling for Gallery Orders
Domestic
All items available in the print store are printed in Australia and shipped by the chosen courier of those services (Australia Post in most cases with tracking). Items that do not require any further handling will be drop shipped direct to your nominated day time address to help speed up the process. Items such as speciality custom framed prints, or extra fragile items will be shipped to, or collected by Marcel Van der Horst Photographer for private collection or delivery. Bespoke albums are also quality checked before shipping or drop off to you. International Product Shipping & Ordering
Anything can be shipped overseas, but some bulky or fragile items are sometimes too cost prohibitive to send via international post. Shipping fees since the pandemic has nearly doubled in some occasions on certain routes. If you are unsure what you can and cannot be shipped overseas economically, please contact me for more information and suggestions. It is possible to duplicate your gallery and apply a region specific print store either based in Europe or the USA. I have achieved this with a Norwegian and Dutch couple without issue.
