ASHLEE & LIAM’S WITCHMOUNT ESTATE WEDDING
What you will see from Ashlee & Liam’s wedding, is everyone had an absolute blast of a time, the I Do Crew were there as their biggest supporters, they all made sure the energy was pumping all day. We had the full crew on deck with two photographers and my video team which were well looked after by the staff at Witchmount.
Tell me about the beginning!
Liam and I met via social media at first. We attended the same highschool but were on different campus's so I (Ashlee) would scroll through the school hashtag and I saw a photo of Liam. He was pulling a funny face while running laps of the oval and I noticed the caption was "Running laps for sweating" not swearing :p I commented and made fun of him and from there we continued to banter. He then went to Sri Lanka for a cricketing tour and posted a photo of elephants and I jokingly said "Bring me an elephant!" so he bought a toy elephant with a heart and used that as an excuse to meet up with me after school one day. The rest is history :) :)
When and where did you get engaged?
Liam was planning on proposing on our 5th anniversary trip to NSW but he couldn't get the ring in time but by the time we returned to Melbourne it was. He took me to the beach for some fish and chips and while I had my back turned sharing a chip with a bird, I turned back around to him on one knee asking me to marry him.
What did you most look forward to on the day?
We're so excited for that first moment when we lock eyes with each other. The anticipation of not seeing each other the night before and the day of will be filled with lots of nervous and anxious energy as we're joined at the hip so as soon as we see each other there will definitely be a release of emotions and you won't be able to wipe the smile (and tears!!) off our faces
