Stephanie & Danny’s Carlton Engagement Session

Back to Carlton for Stephanie and Danny’s Engagement session, with perfect weather and the best lighting I have ever seen. I did scout the location a couple of days before, even though I have utilised the streets of Carlton and around the Imax theatre many times before, either for engagements sessions like Sophie & Owen’s or for weddings like Georgia and Jacob’s. Being a regular there, I always endeavour to bring something different each time and look for light first, which wins everytime. Boy, did it pay off. We just had the most magical reflective light everywhere we went. Reflecting off white buildings or glass, cutting between alleys and all.

Even though Steph and Danny where a bit nervous (first time I had even seen Danny), they absolutely nailed it with their amazing chemistry and putting full trust in my abilities to light and pose them. Looking forward to their wedding at one of my fave venues, Immerse Winery.
